Ordering with Mysticchants.com is very simple, and can be done via our secure server through PayPal through PayPal accounts or credit cards. You do not have to have a PayPal account to order.

Please be sensible about using complimentary therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice. Our website contains some products that may be considered as complimentary therapies, however, please make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor's advice or use our products as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.

 

Payment

 

Can I pay using my credit or debit card online?

 

Mysticchants.com accepts all credit or debit cards online through PayPal. We offer a safe shopping site which utilizes the latest secure shopping protocols. The page in which your card details are entered, uses firewalls (preventing unauthorised access to or from a private network) and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) - this is a secure method of hiding all the information that your computer and the server sends to each other. All of your personal and credit card details are safely encrypted when any data is sent across the Internet.

 

After selecting the products that you would like in your cart, you may proceed to the checkout. At this point you will need to enter your address and contact details. You will then be transferred to a secure page where you input your credit or debit card details. This page is hosted by and managed by Protx, one of the leaders in credit card authorisation. Mysticchants.com does not see your credit card details at any point in the transaction. Once your payment has successfully been processed, we are notified immediately and can then ship your products.

 

Your card details will be authorized or declined on the spot, so you will know whether your order has been accepted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm how much your card has been debited.

 

Does Mysticchants.com accept other forms of payment?

 

Mysticchants.com accepts accept bank account checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars. Where necessary, we can take credit card payments over the telephone. If paying by check or money order, we will ship your order once the check or money order has cleared (usually 3-7 days).

We use the United States Postal Service as well as UPS for shipping purposes.

 

Delivery

 

How long does delivery take?

 

Mysticchants.com normally ship goods within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot ship your order within 48 hours (i.e. weeken) we will e-mail you to let you know. what the problem is. If you do not receive your order within 5 to 7 working days please let us know and we will look into the problem. If you still have not received your order after 14 days please write to us confirming non-receipt and we will refund you in full.

 

How much will postage cost?

 

All postage charges are clearly marked in the shopping basket and are dependent on the weight of all your products.

We can deliver to almost all countries.

 

Guarantees

 

What should I do if my goods are damaged?

 

Mysticchants.com guarantees that if any of your items prove to be faulty or damaged we will replace the damaged item with a brand new one or provide you with a refund. Please contact mysticchants@inbox.com to describe what the problem is and we will advise you what to do. 

 

What if I don't like the product?

 

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 3 days of receipt. Email us and detail your order number. We will be happy to offer a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit and those without returns numbers will not be accepted. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. 

 

Where returns are made outside these terms and conditions, we reserve the right not to provide a refund, or to charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Mysticchants will arrange for an exchange. 

 

Privacy

 

Will I receive spam or unsolicited e-mails?

 

Mysticchants.com never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third party companies. Your information is secure with us. We do use your e-mail address to send our newsletter to you which will inform you of any special offers, new products and latest articles mo more than two per week. What should I do if I have a complaint?

 

If you are dissatisifed with Mysticchants.com for any reason, then please contact mysticchants@inbox.com or write to our address. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and you will be given the name of our member of staff who is dealing with your complaint. We aim to resolve your complaint within two weeks of your initial contact.
